Neighborhood Bird Outings

Join us for a relaxed bird walk in a Seattle neighborhood or park—you might be surprised by what we discover. Neighborhood Bird Outings are free, open to all, and require no registration. All experience levels welcome. Find an outing.

Field Trips

Enjoy small-group birding day trips led year-round by experienced guides to destinations across Washington. Beginners are always welcome. Because space is limited and demand is high, some trips use a lottery for registration. A $15 per person fee supports each outing (waivers available). Register for a trip.

Birding Vacations

Enjoy intimate, all inclusive, multi-day birding trips with expert guides—amazing wildlife, great meals, and a small group experience—all while supporting local conservation through Birds Connect Seattle. Relax on your next birding vacation.

Community Science and Bird Counts

Youth Programs

Birds Connect Seattle offers year-round activities including clubs, curriculum, summer camp, and fun for young bird lovers, from preschoolers to teens. Explore youth activities.

Classes & Bird University

Register for an expert-led online, in person, or multi-series classe. Participants will learn new bird and nature skills suited to their interests and bird knowledge level. Register for an upcoming class.
