Go Birding

 “Birding” is a great way to enjoy time in nature and connect with other bird enthusiasts. Join a Birds Connect Seattle leaders in a part of greenspace near you. Find an outing or trip. 

Advocacy

Birds don’t have a voice, so together, let’s give them ours. The Birds Connect Seattle community has the power to make sure our local law and policy makers are hearing our concerns related to environmental justice, habitat protection, and land allocation. Stand up for birds. 

Volunteer & Community Science

We rely on the dedication and expertise of more than 500 volunteers to make our work to protect birds possible. You can be part of our thriving volunteer program. See current volunteer opportunities. 

Once specific area of volunteer need is our community science programs. These birders are contributing to our scientific understanding of birds in our area through bird counts. Join a community science project.
