What makes raptors different from other birds? Using the easy-to-follow script, and with the help of a vast collection of bird skins and specimens, anyone can help a group of young learners understand the specialized adaptations that raptors have that make them special.
In addition to the main activity, the kit also includes:
Bird skins, wings, skulls, and feet to compare physical characteristics of raptors that make them unique – hooked beaks, talons, and specialized feathers for silent flight.
Puppets, books, and DVDs.
An activity binder that includes additional information, lessons, games, and activities to enhance and deepen understanding of both raptors and birds in general.
Pricing: $50 per week, $10 each additional week (3 week maximum)
